Q1. How many days to delivery the goods to me ?

Sample time : 3-5 days without logo, 7-10 with your own logo Mass product time: usually 45 days after sample and order be confirmed.

Q2. How long do I need to wait for my payment confirmation?

If you choose bank transfer , it will takes about 3 days to confirm, as long as we received the notification, 

we will confirm your payment as soon as possible.

Q3. How to become your dealer membership?

Once your accumulative order total amount achieves USD999, you will be our valued dealer automatically. 

As our dealer, you can get more discount than customer membership. Once you become to our dealer, you will obtain the discount forever.

Q4. I don’t like your standard colors. Can I choose any color I like? If yes, any extra cost?

Yes. You can choose any pantone color you want.

Q5. How should we pay if we order from you?

For small amount, you can pay by alipay.

Q6. What is the packaging?

One piece in a polybag, suit pcs in a carton. Or you can OEM your own gift box.

Q7. Can I have a sample even pre-production before I send you the order?

Yes, We can send you samples for your approval first.
